The Residential Counselor is responsible for role-modeling healthy behavior and teaching life skills while implementing trauma-informed treatment practices. This is a full-time position. Must possess the availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is a must. Seeking candidates with experience working in the department of corrections (adult or juvenile), or working with youth in the community or in a formal setting. A Bachelors’ degree is preferred but NOT Required. Starting pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50/hr. depending upon experience and credentials. Shift differential is provided for week-day evening shift and for first and second shifts on the weekend.
